Have clients who are interested in retiring in the Kennebunk to Portland area or Portland to BoothBay Harbor area. This is a 2 year plan, so there's no rush, however, would like to start gathering details so that we don't miss out on a great opportunity under the prevailing trends. Comments on the communities and real estate markets in the area will be greatly appreciated.
