South Juanita located on the water in Kirkland is a very popular place to visit the wildlife, go for a walk, and take in the beauty of the view on Lake Washington. Like other neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA south juanita is very well policed, and is close to major grocery stores, shops, and condominium living. One of the crown jewels of Juanita is Spud's Fish and Chips, a resturant considered to offer some of the best fresh caught fish and chips in the greater Seattle area. The property values in Juanita have stayed consistantly high over the past couple of years as well, making it one of the best neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA to purchase that first home!
