Neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA - Part 1 South Juanita

Neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA

Kirkland NeighborhoodsNeighborhoods in Kirkland, WA are among the safest, most beautiful neighborhoods in the country.  All of the communities that make up Kirkland offer the best schools in the State, close proximity to the finer amenities in life such as Grocery stores, Movie Theaters, as well as a vibrant night life that makes living in Kirkland, WA neighborhoods a good choice.  There are a few communities in Kirkland that I wanted to highlight, mainly because of their popularity, and location.

Juanita BaySouth Juanita located on the water in Kirkland is a very popular place to visit the wildlife, go for a walk, and take in the beauty of the view on Lake Washington.  Like other neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA south juanita is very well policed, and is close to major grocery stores, shops, and condominium living.  One of the crown jewels of Juanita is Spud's Fish and Chips, a resturant considered to offer some of the best fresh caught fish and chips in the greater Seattle area.  The property values in Juanita have stayed consistantly high over the past couple of years as well, making it one of the best neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA to purchase that first home!

Stay tuned for part 2 of neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA.  Totem Lake!

What Should I Blog About On Activerain?

This is a excellent blog for anyone with writers block!

Via Midori Miller-Daytona Beach Florida Real Estate Trainer (CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty):

Yesterday I received an email from someone who is dying to blog but the problem is they feel they are not creative enough...

Do not know what to write about...nor have the confidence to write a post.

So they asked me what should I blog about on Activerain?

So I thought for those that are new...or even seasoned..here are a few topics that will help you to get read and fed..

And at the end hopefully a commission check and building strong business relationships!

Think local..your state..your city...your subdivisions

  • The first time home buyer tax credit and where to get the information
  • The dos and don't of buying or selling a short sales and foreclosures
  • The steps in finding a home
  • Mortgage and tax information
  • Market Reports
  • Steps in selling a home
  • Investments, Investors and Investing
  • Hiring the right REALTOR
  • Questions consumers ask
  • Your specialties
  • Your farm area
  • Inspections, appraisals and the mortgage process
  • Home staging, clearing the clutter and increasing your chances of selling
  • Local Businesses and experiences
  • Interview local people, city officials, veterans, teachers and business owners
  • Happenings meaning special events..most cities have monthly events such as baseball games, parades, fairs etc.
  • Nite life, schools, family activities, clubs, organizations and houses of worship
  • Historical sites...every city has them
  • Important phone numbers and information such as the post offices, electric, water, cable, police..etc..etc.
  • Important tax information and changes
  • Real Estate Law changes
  • Home Owners Associations, Condo Associations and city and county home owner's regulations
  • Recycling, charities, schools, parks, vacation spots, beaches and lakes and rivers, local news, your affiliates, hobbies, things you do
  • How to tips on blogging, social media, building business relationships

When I think of blogging I think of conversations..conversations that you would have face to face or over the phone...information that is pertinent for someone to make a real estate move in your area...pertinent to your business and pertinent to your goals.

And if you can't find the right words... post Photo's and video's and if you are still stumped..reblog baby and add your own personality!

I know that not everyone has the gift of gab..but I can assure you...by blogging..it will come to you...and become quite natural..so pick a topic.

Have a plan...and write...just write.

Bars in Kirkland, WA

Bars in Kirkland, WA

Bars in Kirkland, WA are some of the best places for you to get out and have a great time.  There are several I could choose to write about, but there are three man bars in kirkland, WA that I wanted to highlight.

Outside of The Shark Club

The first bar is The Shark club located in downtown kirkland by the marina.  This bar/club is a hot spot for the night life on the eastside here in the greater seattle area.  If you are looking for a bar with a great vibe, good drink specials, and cheap food this is it.  On thursday nights the Shark Club turns into a heavy hip-hop spot where you can get your dance on!

The second Bar in Kirkland that you have to visit would be Timeout.  Timeout is your classic sports bar fully equipped with pool tables, flat screen tv's, dart boards and cheap spirits.  This bar by far has the best turn out for sports events, and almost every week night there is a decent crowd of younger people that will come down and party at this Bar.

The Third and in my opinion the best bar in Kirkland, WA would have to be Danny's Pub in Totem Lake.  Danny's nightlife is incredible, with Kareoke on Tuesday nights, dancing on Wednesdays, and a great weekend crowd that keeps the place packed all week!  From taco specials to live music, Danny's Pub in Kirkland, WA is by far the best place to go to be a good drink and relax with friends.

Bars in Kirkland, WA are by far the best bars to go to on the Greater Eastside of Seattle.

If you are looking for more Bars in Kirkland, WA hit up Google!
